Prohibiting the Department of Natural Resources from prohibiting
hunting on State forests and other lands purchased or leased by DNR
using funds derived from hunting licenses and permits; prohibiting DNR
from converting those lands to lands where hunting may be prohibited;
and prohibiting the use of the State Wildlife Management and
Protection Fund from being used for nonhunting-related activities.
