Dorchester County - Public School Capital Improvement Bonds

Synopsis:

Authorizing and empowering the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to borrow not more than $3,200,000 in order to finance, with certain restrictions, public school capital improvements in Dorchester County and to effect the borrowing by the issuance and sale at public or private sale of its general obligation bonds; and relating generally to the issuance and sale of the bonds.
