Zoning - Personal Wireless Services - Antennas and Antenna Towers
Authorizing local governments to adopt specified criteria for location
of personal wireless services (PWS) antennas and antenna towers;
authorizing local governments to adopt procedures for processing
applications for permits, zoning variances, or other approval of PWS
facilities; authorizing local governments to impose certain additional
requirements on applicants for PWS permits; and providing that the Act
neither requires local governments to adopt the standards contained in
the Act nor abrogates any local zoning authority.
