Authorizing the State Health Services Cost Review Commission to conduct a review and investigation to assure purchasers of health care facility services that the aggregate rates of the facility do not compensate for the costs of acquiring, operating, or terminating a specified related entity and that the reported costs of the facility exclude specified administrative expenses; requiring the Commission to publish specified information in the Maryland Register at a specified time; etc.
