Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $450,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Baltimore Medical System, Inc. for the planning, design, expansion, and renovation of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, facilities of the Baltimore Medical System, Inc. at locations in Baltimore City.
