Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Maryland Historical Society

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Maryland Historical Society for the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the existing facilities and for the planning, design, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, new facilities in Baltimore City; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
