Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Retail Dealers - Credit
Adding a restriction on retail dealers to whom a wholesaler may
intentionally deliver beer on credit; authorizing a retail dealer to
request a hearing  after being listed on the Worcester County beer
credit control list; requiring the State Comptroller to remove from
the list a retail dealer who requests a hearing; requiring the State
Comptroller to adopt regulations necessary to administer the Act; and
repealing the termination date of provisions that prohibit beer
wholesalers from providing credit to retail dealers.
