Synopsis:

Limiting the regulatory authority of the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene concerning any limited public-use pool in Caroline County at which the County operates a water safety instruction program; and prohibiting the Secretary from enforcing specified regulations concerning public swimming pools that conflict with the Act.
