Members
Requiring the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, to
appoint every 2 years two alternate members to the Board of Liquor
License Commissioners for Baltimore City; specifying the circumstances
under which an alternate member may serve on the Board; providing for
the term, powers, and duties of an alternate member; and requiring
that an alternate member receive a per diem salary for each day
actually served.
