Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - London Town Archaeological Learning Center

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County for the creation of a learning center at London Town for archaeological finds in Anne Arundel County and for the repair and renovation of an abandoned underground wastewater treatment facility; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey to the Maryland Historical Trust a historic easement.
