Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund
requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of
Directors of Govans Ecumenical Homes, Inc. for the repair, renovation,
capital equipping and furnishing, and landscaping of Epiphany House, a
congregate care facility with supportive services for low income,
frail senior citizens, located in the Govans community of Baltimore
City; and prohibiting the use of the proceeds or any of the matching
funds for sectarian religious purposes.
