Creation of a State Debt - McCready Memorial Hospital

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $115,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of McCready Memorial Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, repair, construction, capital equipping, and general upgrading of the emergency department facilities, creating a chest pain unit, and providing health education services at the McCready Memorial Hospital in Crisfield; and requiring the grantee to repay an amount equal to a specified amount of the grant under specified circumstances.
