Mandatory License Revocation for Third
 or Subsequent Conviction
Requiring the MVA to revoke for at least a specified period the
driver's license of an individual who is convicted for a third or
subsequent time of driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle
while intoxicated or intoxicated per se; prohibiting the
Administration from reinstating the individual's license until the
later of 5 years from the date of the revocation or when the Medical
Advisory Board advises the Administration that the driving of the
vehicle by the person would not jeopardize public safety; etc.
