Synopsis:

Creation a State Debt in the amount of $300,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Commissioners of Allegany County for the planning, design, construction and capital equipping of a library in Lonaconing, the first direct service library facility to the Central George's Creek area of Allegany County, including the Towns of Lonaconing, Midland, and Barton.
