Requiring home inspectors to disclose specified information prior to a
home inspection; prohibiting a home inspector from limiting liability
arising out of the home inspection to any fee paid as consideration
for the home inspection; requiring a home inspection to be conducted
in accordance with specified standards; and providing that a violation
of the Act is an unfair and deceptive trade practice.
