Creation of a State Debt - Charles County - Lions Camp Merrick

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Waldorf Lions Foundation for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a residence and office for a Camp Administrator, and the repair, renovation, and necessary capital equipping of other camp buildings, together with necessary site improvements at Lions Camp Merrick.
