Condominiums and Homeowners Associations - Public Offering Statements - Disclosure of Judgments and Pending Suits

Synopsis:

Requiring a vendor of a condominium unit to disclose in the public offering statement any judgments against the vendor or any pending suits to which the vendor is a party; and requiring a vendor of a lot in a development containing more than 12 lots to disclose in a specified disclosure material any judgment against the homeowners association or vendor and any pending suits to which the homeowners association or vendor is a party.
