Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance to refer a specified allegation to a specified committee; authorizing the State Board to discipline physicians who have specified responsibilities relating to establishing or supervising protocols or procedures for a system of delivery of health care services and the protocols or procedures fail to meet specified standards; and making specified exceptions.
