Public Senior Higher Education Institutions - Tuition Waivers - Equity in Funding of Athletics

Synopsis:

Requiring the State to provide tuition waivers for specific female athletes who attend or plan to attend public institutions of higher education in the State; requiring the State to match specific funds raised for athletic activities at the institutions; and requiring the University of Maryland Foundation to certify and hold specific funds raised for athletic activities at the institutions.
