Entitled:

Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Waters Property Historical Site

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for the repair, restoration, rehabilitation, and capital equipping of the barn at the Waters Complex at Milestone in Germantown, and for the design, fabrication, and mounting of a permanent exhibit of the history of Montgomery County in the barn; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey to the Maryland Historical Trust a historic easement.
