Prohibiting the denial of health insurance based upon an individual's
genetic information; prohibiting the requirement of genetic
information as a basis for not issuing or renewing health benefits
coverage; prohibiting the disclosure of identifiable genetic
information to specified persons without the prior written
authorization of the individual from whom the genetic information was
obtained for each disclosure; identifying permissible purposes for
disclosure of an individual's genetic information; etc.
