Synopsis:

Providing for an exception from a requirement to offset a retirement allowance for individuals receiving a service retirement allowance or vested allowance from the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are employed after being retired for more than 1 year in positions that are not the same as those held at retirement.
