Authorizing a court to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the driving privilege of a child convicted of a crime or found to have committed a delinquent act involving a destructive device; authorizing a court to order a child, the child's parent, or both to pay restitution for offenses involving a destructive device under specified circumstances; specifying penalties related to offenses involving destructive devices; etc.
