Synopsis:

Requiring that statements filed by members of the General Assembly with the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics may be examined by the public during regular business hours; and requiring the Joint Committee to maintain a record of the name and address of every individual who examines a member's statement and to make the record available to the member on request.
