Requiring that $10,000,000 in revenue collected from the insurance premium tax be put into the Maryland Emergency Medical System Operations Fund on an annual basis; requiring that this money be used solely for providing grants under the Senator William H. Amoss Fire, Rescue, and Ambulance Fund; etc.
