Horse Racing - Special Fund - Taxes

Synopsis:

Extending to June 30, 2000, the termination date relating to the allocation of moneys from the Special Fund to the Maryland-Bred Race Fund and to the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund; and extending to June 30, 2000, the termination date relating to the allocation of specified amounts bet on specified thoroughbred and harness races to certain taxes and purses.
