Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Carrie Weedon Science Center Foundation, Inc. for the repair, renovation, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Carrie Weedon Science Center including, but not limited to, a roof replacement and installation of a new HVAC system and the creation of an elementary science lab and a computer lab; and requiring the grantee to provide and expend a matching fund.
