Alcohol Abuse and Drug Abuse Treatment - Inmates

Synopsis:

Providing that an eligible inmate who refuses to participate in an appropriate alcohol abuse and drug abuse treatment program is subject to certain sanctions; providing that certain diminution credits may only be revoked for the time period during which an inmate refuses to participate in a treatment program; and providing that an inmate's consent to treatment in a program is valid whether or not the inmate had been informed about the possibility of sanctions.
