Prohibiting the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension
System from paying an allowance that exceeds a specified limit under
the Internal Revenue Code; requiring the State Retirement Agency to
reduce an allowance and specified contributions under specified
circumstances; requiring the Agency to pay a participant
postretirement adjustments under specified circumstances; requiring
that other specified retirement or pension systems make specified
reductions before any reduction is made by the Board; etc.
