Optional Defined Contribution System - Supplemental Retirement Plans Authorized by Institutions of Higher Education

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified members of the Employees' Pension System who contribute to supplemental retirement plans authorized by the University System of Maryland, Morgan State University, St. Mary's College, and the Maryland Higher Education Commission to participate in the Optional Defined Contribution System and receive a certain matching contribution from the State up to a specified maximum amount; etc.
