Synopsis:

Providing a specified exception from certificate of need requirements for specified continuing care facilities and communities; allowing specified continuing care facilities to admit per diem nursing care residents under specified circumstances; mandating that specified continuing care facilities provide comprehensive care to specified individuals; etc.
