Sexual Offenses - Polygraph Examination of Victims - Prohibited

Synopsis:

Prohibiting State's Attorneys, police officers, and other individuals involved in an investigation or prosecution of certain sexual offenses from requesting or requiring an alleged victim of certain offenses to submit to a polygraph examination under certain circumstances; providing a certain exception for alleged victims who request to take a polygraph examination or who previously made a certain false statement, report, or complaint regarding certain sexual offenses; and defining certain terms.
