Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $30,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc. for the construction of the Women's Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery.
