Synopsis:

Authorizing a special wine festival licensee in Baltimore County to display and sell at the festival beer that is produced by a Class 5 brewery or a Class 7 micro-brewery in the State for on- and off-premises consumption; and requiring a special beer and wine festival licensee to hold a requisite alcoholic beverages license.
