Agriculture - Land Preservation Matching Grants Act of 2000
Requiring the State to provide matching grants up to $1,000,000 to
counties with certified agricultural land preservation programs during
fiscal 2002; limiting grant amounts to the amount of the increase in
county funding for agricultural land preservation programs between
fiscal 2000 and fiscal 2001; and allowing a county to establish an
approved program during fiscal 2001 and qualify for a grant.
