Vehicle Laws - Special Registration Plate - Support for
Transportation Trust Fund
Requiring that the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) issue a special
original or substitute license plate to benefit the Transportation
Trust Fund; authorizing motor vehicle owners to apply for the special
registration plate; providing for the design of the special
registration plate; and authorizing the MVA to charge a fee for the
special registration plate that exceeds specified costs and credit any
surplus funds to the Transportation Trust Fund.
