Vehicle Laws - Registration of Vehicles - County Registration Fees

Synopsis:

Authorizing a county to impose a county registration fee on vehicles owned by a resident of the county; setting a maximum fee of $25 that a county may impose; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to collect any county fee imposed under the Act; requiring the Administration to disburse county registration fees in a specified manner; limiting the use of county registration fees; and requiring the Administration to adopt regulations.
