Revitalization Incentive and
Voluntary Cleanup Programs
Altering the requirement that for a brownfields site to be eligible
for specified financial incentives the site must be located in a
jurisdiction that has elected to participate in the Brownfields
Revitalization Incentive Program; authorizing the Department of
Business and Economic Development to provide low-interest loans or
grants to persons for conducting environmental site assessments of
potential brownfields sites that are required for participation in the
Voluntary Cleanup Program; etc.
