System Corporation; requiring that additional liabilities resulting
from the Act be paid by the University of Maryland Medical System
Corporation; providing for the Act to be applied retroactively to
affect the cost-of-living adjustments to allowances of participants of
the Employees' Pension System beginning July 1, 1998; etc.
