Juvenile Justice - Advisory Council on Minority Confinement

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Juvenile Justice to revise the State Comprehensive Juvenile Justice 3-Year Plan to include a program to address any inequity that exists in the processing or disposing of juvenile cases on the basis of specified factors; creating the Advisory Council on Minority Confinement; requiring the State Advisory Board for Juvenile Justice to assist the Advisory Council in specified duties; requiring the State Advisory Board to make a specified recommendation to the Secretary; etc.
