Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Community Center at Woods

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Woods Community Center, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of the Community Center at Woods, located in Severna Park, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; providing that no proceeds of the loan or any matching funds may be used for religious purposes; etc.
