Requiring a specified hospital or related institution to make a provision for the use of its facility by and staff privileges for qualified nurse anesthetists; authorizing a hospital or related institution to restrict use of its facility and staff privileges by specified health care providers to nurse anesthetists who meet specified qualifications of the hospital or related institution; etc.
