Altering the applicability of provisions of law relating to payment of
claims for reimbursement; requiring insurers, nonprofit health service

insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance
organizations to pay claims on a uniform claims remittance form;
requiring the Insurance Commissioner to adopt by regulation a uniform
claims remittance form; etc.
