Workers' Compensation - Self-Insured Local Government - Compensation Prohibited

Synopsis:

Providing that an employee of a self-insured local government may not receive specified workers' compensation benefits even if the benefits are otherwise payable for an injury otherwise compensable and the employee has previously applied for and received benefits.
