Creation of a State Debt - Charles County - Port Tobacco Players Theater

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Port Tobacco Players, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of the Port Tobacco Players Theater, to be located in La Plata, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
