Prohibiting a public school or a school that receives State financial
assistance from discriminating against persons based on real or
perceived sexual orientation, gender, race, creed, age, color,
national origin, marital status, religion, or mental or physical
disability; and requiring the State Board to adopt regulations that
establish penalties, policies, and guidelines to implement the Act.
