Creating an exception to the prohibition against issuing, transferring, or renewing a beer and light wine off-sale license for use by supermarkets; authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to issue, approve the transfer of, or renew an off-sale beer and light wine license for use by a supermarket under specified circumstances; and making stylistic changes.
