Cemeteries - Veterans Organizations - Removable Decals on Headstones

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified veterans organizations to affix removable decals to the headstones of deceased veterans; requiring the veterans organizations to make reasonable efforts to locate the owner of the burial space prior to affixing the decal; prohibiting a criminal penalty or civil liability to be levied against a member of a veterans organization or a veterans organization for specified actions; etc.
