Mortgage Lenders - Continuing Education Requirements

Synopsis:

Providing that specified continuing education requirements established by the Commissioner of Financial Regulation shall apply to the first renewal of a license of a mortgage lender licensed under the Maryland Mortgage Lender Law; and applying the Act.
