Establishing the Assisted Living Facilities Grant Program to provide
grants to counties, municipal corporations, and nonprofit
organizations for the conversion of public buildings to assisted
living facilities, the acquisition of existing buildings or parts of
buildings for use as assisted living facilities, the renovation of
assisted living facilities, the purchase of capital equipment for
assisted living facilities, and the planning, design, and construction
of assisted living facilities; etc.
